Return Policy
Online Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to offer a returns service for any items purchased online that are returned within 28 days of receipt by you, providing they are returned unused in their original, undamaged packaging and accompanied by the return proof of purchase.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you made a UK purchase from our website, you can return your item(s) either: (i) by returning to a standalone store; or (ii) via post to our warehouse. Unfortunately, Jera Creative Agency airport stores, concessions and stores outside of the UK are not able to process website returns.
If you made an international purchase from our website, it cannot be returned to our international stores and must be returned via post to our warehouse. Items originally dispatched to the UK but returned from an international address will be subject to our international returns policy.

Exclusions from online returns policy
No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms & Conditions if we agree in writing.
These Terms & Conditions (including all documents and polices referenced within them) together with our current website prices constitute the entire agreement between you and Jera Creative Agency.
These Terms & Conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Jera Creative Agency or agreed with us in writing. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Jera Creative Agency will operate as a variation to these Terms & Conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of them.
The failure of either party to exercise any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, whether temporary or permanent, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights.
Faulty Products
You have certain legal remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing in these Terms & Conditions affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may also have other rights in law. Please contact us at info@jeracreativeagency.co.uk if you believe you are eligible and would like:

Complaints
We will always strive to offer the very best level of service to all our customers, but should you wish to raise a complaint, please email info@jeracreativeagency.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
If your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform here: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu. English law shall apply to all claims and disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising in relation to or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
Your rights to cancel (Online)
Where you buy products via our website as a consumer, you have the legal right (under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) to cancel your contract with Jera Creative Agency for the purchase of products within a 14 day 'cooling off period' without giving any reason and receive a full refund.

This period will expire 14 days after the date that you receive, or a third party (other than any carrier), receives physical possession of the last of your products in your order. This legal right is separate from our returns policy.

Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to: (i) any products or services you purchase in store; (ii) any sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery; and (iii) any personalised products.
Exercising your right to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, before the cancellation period has expired, including details of the order that you wish to cancel, your name, geographical address, contact details and the date of your notice. We will communicate an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium without delay. You can also use our return form provided with the delivered products (or request a replacement form by emailing our customer care team at info@jeracreativeagency.co.uk).
To exercise your right to cancel you must return the products to us in their original condition and packaging to our returns depot at Jera Creative Agency Internet Returns, Advanced Supply Chain, Unit 1-3, Eismann Way, Corby, Northants, NN17 5ZB, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before this period of 14 days has expired.
You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Any returns are made at your own risk. You must pay for any return delivery costs (as may be applicable).
We will reimburse to you (by the same method of payment used to pay for the original purchase) all payments received from you in respect of the products to which the cancellation rights apply. This includes the initial costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and within: (i) 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract; or (ii) if the products have been delivered, 14 days after the day we received back from you any products supplied.
We will also send a confirmatory email to you. Please note that if the value of the products is diminished by any amount as a result of your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, we are entitled to deduct that amount from your reimbursement.
